Description:
Colored PP Corrugated Plastic Sheets Weather Resistance Board is a polymer formed by addition polymerization of propylene. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and light
appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89～0.91g/cm³, it
is flammable, the melting point is 165℃, it softens at about 155℃,
and the temperature range is -30～140℃. It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and
a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed
under high temperature and oxidation.
Advantage:
a. It has excellent flexibility and bending fatigue life, which is
also the reason why he is commonly called "100% plastic";
b. Good heat resistance, the best heat resistance among the five
general plastics, and it can be used in a high temperature
environment below 100 degrees for a long time. The temperature will not be significantly deformed when the
temperature reaches about 150 degrees;
c. Good chemical stability, inert to most acids, alkalis, salts and
oxidants. In addition, food-grade PP materials are also widely used, tea cups
and the like use the characteristics of PP materials;
d. With an obvious melting point, PP material is a crystalline
polymer, and its particles will not melt below a certain
temperature, unlike PE or PVC, which soften as the temperature
increases during heating. Once it reaches a certain temperature, the PP particles melt
quickly, and they can all be transformed into a molten state within
a few degrees.
